Introducing: The Lensbaby

So as part of birthday and just because money, I was able to buy a fun new toy! A Lensbaby! Lensbaby is a system of creative effects lenses, optics and accessories. When I bought it, I got it with the double plastic optic. I like this for its 'dreamlike' look it has, however, I decided I wanted to get a double glass optic which gives a sharper focus point. I figured it would work better for portraits where the plastic optic would look better for more artistic shots. So I bought a double glass optic, and just got it today, so in the cold rain, we went out and I got to test it out! The first two pictures are with the plastic optic so you can have a bit of comparison, and the rest are the glass optic. Enjoy!

I got to meet the Quist family yesterday. What a great family! They were all just SO photogenic! Their youngest is a little heart warrior. He has the same thing my Angel Aaron had plus some more, and let me tell you, I have never seen a HAPPIER little baby than him!

We were lucky to get all of our pictures done right in between rain storms! Thank you Quist Family for a great shoot!

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who has been interested in my photography. I want to apologize if you have tried to contact me and it took me longer to get back to you or I haven't had a chance to. For those who don't know me personally, I am coming to the end of a pregnancy with a child that has a heart defect. Since we found out in December, I have been taking things a bit slower and cutting back with my photography a bit in order to prepare for this and with and increasing belly size, moving around has also gotten a bit harder. I want to let everyone know that I will be taking a little bit of time once this baby is born in a couple weeks, but will gradually start taking on more clients. I already have a wedding booked for this August and the engagements and bridals before then that I am excited to be part of! Why are my prices so affordable? I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to get high quality, classy images without having to break the bank for them. I am an at home mom with a full time student husband so I know what it is like to live on a budget. Photography is my passion and I don't do it to make tons of money off of my customers. I do it because I love being able to provide you with images you will fall in love with for forever!
What does the price of each session cover? The price covers your session (which has no time limits), and the editing of ALL images! All edited images are put on a disc for you to have. You will have the rights to post and print the images however you want to!

"Me Time" Photography

So recently I have had some time to do some "Me" photography. I was able to get some of the beautiful landscape that Utah offers. We also went to the UVU car show and got a few shots of some cars there. Which, the White and Blue Fairlane is available to photography with and most likely a Sexy Red Model T.
